Returns & Refunds Policy
At Live 2 Live, we are committed to providing high-quality products at affordable prices. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible physical product purchases, subject to the terms outlined below.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Physical Products Only)
If you are not completely satisfied with your physical product purchase, you may return the item within thirty (30) days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Refunds will not be issued for orders where an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer.
Order Cancellations (Physical Products)
Orders for physical products may be cancelled or modified within six (6) hours of purchase. A five percent (5%) deduction will be applied to all cancelled orders to cover payment processing fees. Once the shipping process has begun, orders can no longer be cancelled.
Replacement Policy (Physical Products)
If your physical item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are eligible for a free replacement or a one hundred percent (100%) refund if you contact our support team within fourteen (14) days of delivery. To request a replacement, you must provide your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photographs may be required to assist with processing. This policy applies only to damage during shipping, manufacturing defects, or fulfillment errors and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or customer-caused damage.
Return Shipping (Physical Products)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Any customs fees covered by Live 2 Live for the original delivery may be deducted from the refund amount. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that returned items are successfully received. Returns must be sent to the warehouse location designated by Live 2 Live at the time the return is approved.
Digital Products, AI Companion App & Subscription Services
Live 2 Live offers access to an AI companion application and related digital services, available for purchase as a standalone subscription product on its dedicated product page.
Free Trial. New subscribers may be eligible for a seven (7) day free trial. By activating the free trial and clicking the "Subscribe Now" button, you acknowledge and agree that unless you cancel the subscription before the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription and your selected payment method will be charged. The free trial duration, automatic billing terms, and subscription pricing are clearly disclosed on the product page and during the checkout process. By clicking "Subscribe Now," you are providing your explicit consent to these recurring billing terms.
Billing Descriptor. All charges from Live 2 Live, including physical product purchases and AI companion subscription charges, will appear as "SP LIVE2LIVE LIVE2LIVES.OR" on your bank or credit card statement. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact our support team at info@live2live.org before contacting your bank so we can resolve the issue immediately.
Reminder Notifications. Live 2 Live sends email notifications to remind subscribers of their upcoming billing date. A reminder email is sent four (4) days before the free trial ends and an additional reminder is sent one (1) day before the free trial ends, advising subscribers to cancel if they do not wish to continue with the paid subscription. For active monthly subscribers, a reminder email is sent before each renewal billing date.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods: (1) with one click directly within the AI companion app itself, (2) through the self-service cancellation portal accessible from your customer account dashboard on our website, or (3) by contacting our support team via email at info@live2live.org. Cancellation is immediate regardless of the method used. There is no cancellation fee. If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged. If you cancel after a billing cycle has begun, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be applied.
Cancellation Confirmation. Upon cancellation of your subscription, you will receive a confirmation email within twenty-four (24) hours verifying that your subscription has been successfully cancelled and that no further charges will be applied to your payment method.
Refund Policy for AI Companion Subscriptions. We offer a No Questions Asked refund policy for our AI companion subscription. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of being charged by emailing our support team at info@live2live.org with your order number. No justification or explanation is required. Our team guarantees a response within eight (8) hours of receiving your request, and all approved refunds are processed immediately to the original payment method. After thirty (30) days from the date of charge, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You may also cancel your subscription at any time with one click directly within the app to prevent any future charges. We are committed to ensuring that no customer is charged for a service they do not wish to use.
Price Changes. In the event that the subscription price changes, Live 2 Live will notify all active subscribers by email at least thirty (30) days before the new price takes effect. Subscribers will be given the option to cancel their subscription before the new pricing is applied. No price increase will be charged without prior notification.
Customer Support. Our customer service team is available to assist with any subscription-related inquiries, including cancellations and refunds. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund for a physical product, or to request a refund for an AI companion subscription, please contact our support team by emailing info@live2live.org with your order number and relevant details. All refund requests are reviewed and processed in accordance with this policy.
